Zoom Made Us Do It

April 2020:  When the world shut down in March 2020, in-person NA meetings closed.  Very quickly we started meeting on Zoom.  I remember attending a Zoom meeting one evening in April and noticed a cute guy that I had never seen in a physical meeting and I was immediately intrigued.  I needed to know who he was.  I asked around and quickly figured out that I was in the presence of greatness...NAHANK to be exact!  Haha!

April 12, 2020: Hank messaged me for the first time and he said "Good morning!  Happy Easter!  What do you think the odds are I could get the Area zoom link from you?".  I wasn't sure at the time if he was cyberstalking me or if he was just as serious about recovery and I was but I quickly gave him the Zoom link and the rest, as they say, is history :-)

May 2020:  We started Zoom dating because I was serious about social distancing for a little bit until I wasn't (haha!) and we finally met in person.  

July 2020: Hank gave up his bachelor pad in Dover, NH and officially moved to Nashua with me and my Mankids. 

December 10, 2022: Hank proposed to me at our Christmas photo shoot in the most imperfectly perfect way which pretty much sums up our relationship.  

Our love story may be unusual, but it is perfect.  We are just two "dented cans" that found each other when we weren't even looking, but when we needed each other the most.  "You, my love, are my greatest catch".
